Almost all chain stores in America sell organic food, about 1/3 of American will buy organic food. In 1980s, the sales volume of organic food is about 78,000,000 dollars and the volume of 2000 is estimated as 6 billions dollars, with a rise speed as 20% every year and the people who work for organic agricultural is rising with a speed as 12% per year. Nowdays, in Japan, there are more then 8000 organic farms, and the  maket value of the organic food develop from 30 billion JPY to 350 billion JPY in 2000, the growth rate is 30% per year.
